What drives us

Our Financial Services team supports leading organisations across Germany’s banking, insurance and asset management sectors on a broad range of high-impact projects. We are seeking experienced professionals who bring strong expertise and are motivated to make a meaningful contribution to our clients and our firm.

As part of our project teams supporting asset managers and investment management companies (KVGs), you will gain deep insight into complex industry topics and current market developments. At the same time, you will have the flexibility to shape your own career path in line with your ambitions – supported by colleagues across the firm, including senior leadership and board level.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes and ensure successful execution across engagements
  • Focus either on project management responsibilities or develop specialist expertise in regulatory or technical topics
  • Strengthen your capabilities through a personalised development and training plan supported by SKAD
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine and develop your business case, supporting sustainable project acquisition and strong utilisation
  • Progress towards (equity) partnership if this aligns with your career ambitions
  • You may also contribute to the strategic development of the firm through Corporate Development initiatives.

Your benefits

  • Individual career paths: You decide on your workload and areas of focus – we support you from a specialist career without additional sales responsibility through to setting up your own subsidiary for a suitable business case
  • Very attractive remuneration with a transparent salary model and an employee participation scheme
  • Option for individual working time arrangements (four-day week, increased number of annual leave days, regular sabbaticals)
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Individual career coaching, including coverage of training costs
  • Resources to help you implement your business case
  • A workplace at WeWork Frankfurt, in your home office and at the client’s premises
  • Top-tier IT equipment, meal allowance doubled and regular voluntary team events
  • A great and successful team that is looking forward to welcoming you on board

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of accountability, self-motivation and ownership of your career development
  • Strong interest in the business models of asset managers and investment management companies, with at least three years’ experience in these areas, at a custodian bank or within a consulting firm
  • Solid understanding of front-to-back processes and core regulatory requirements, as well as current market topics such as sustainability, digitalisation and digital assets
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • For Manager level: Initial network of potential clients with the opportunity to further develop this network and contribute to client acquisition
  • For Senior Manager level: A clearly developed business case and established, reliable contacts with potential clients
  • A strong academic degree in economics, (business) mathematics or a comparable discipline
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and project outcomes
  • Very good German language skills (non-native speakers should have at least a strong working proficiency and a willingness to further improve)
  • Very good English language skills
