What drives us

Our Financial Services team supports leading organisations across the German banking, insurance and asset management sectors on a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced professionals who are keen to contribute their expertise and actively shape projects together with our team.

Working as part of our Banking & Capital Markets project teams, you will engage with complex industry topics and the key trends shaping the financial services landscape. At the same time, we offer the flexibility and support needed to develop your career in line with your ambitions — including the opportunity to take on entrepreneurial responsibility over time.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver complex projects in the banking sector, ensuring high standards of quality, ownership and client focus
  • Develop expertise in areas aligned with your interests, such as project management, business analysis or specific regulatory and functional topics (e.g. DORA, T+X settlement, trading or post-trade processes)
  • Further develop your capabilities through a tailored training and development plan, supported by our team
  • Work with us to refine and expand your business case, enabling you to build a sustainable pipeline of client engagements. We also support colleagues who wish to pursue the path towards (equity) partnership
  • If interested, you may also contribute to Corporate Development initiatives, helping to shape the continued development of SKAD

Your benefits

  • Individual career paths: You decide on your workload and areas of focus – we support you from a specialist career without additional sales responsibility through to setting up your own subsidiary for a suitable business case
  • Very attractive remuneration with a transparent salary model and an employee participation scheme
  • Option for individual working time arrangements (four-day week, increased number of annual leave days, regular sabbaticals)
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Individual career coaching, including coverage of training costs
  • Resources to help you implement your business case
  • A workplace at WeWork Frankfurt, in your home office and at the client’s premises
  • Top-tier IT equipment, meal allowance doubled and regular voluntary team events
  • A great and successful team that is looking forward to welcoming you on board

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative and a clear willingness to take on responsibility
  • Several years of consulting experience with a focus on banking-related topics
  • Solid expertise in process optimisation or in implementing regulatory requirements within the banking sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems in a clear and solution-oriented manner
  • As a Manager: you have begun to build a network of potential clients, which can be further developed together towards active client acquisition
  • As a Senior Manager: you have already developed a viable business case and established solid relationships with potential clients
  • Strong academic degree in Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics or a comparable field
  • Consistently strong performance and project delivery
  • Very good German language skills (for non-native speakers: at least good German proficiency with the willingness to further improve)
  • Very good English language skills
