Senior Consultant - Automation & AI in Construction (m/w/d)

Our Automation & Artificial Intelligence team supports leading clients in the construction and infrastructure sector in delivering complex transformation programmes. We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence to join our team.

Leveraging your expertise and network within the construction and infrastructure industry, you will strengthen our capabilities and play a key role in developing and expanding long-term client relationships—from identifying high-impact use cases through to end-to-end implementation and scaling solutions across the organisation.

• Analyse and optimise construction processes (tendering, procurement, project management, claims)
• Develop and implement RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Apply AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision and predictive analytics
• Integrate solutions with ERP systems (SAP), BIM platforms and process mining tools (Celonis)
• Manage stakeholders and deliver presentations at C-level

• 3–5+ years of experience delivering RPA and AI projects
• Industry knowledge within the construction sector (VOB/ÖNORM, BIM, Lean Construction)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel
• Degree in (Business) Information Systems, Civil Engineering or a related field
