Your benefits

  • Individual career paths: You decide on your workload and areas of focus – we support you from a specialist career without additional sales responsibility through to setting up your own subsidiary for a suitable business case
  • Very attractive remuneration with a transparent salary model and an employee participation scheme
  • Option for individual working time arrangements (four-day week, increased number of annual leave days, regular sabbaticals)
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Individual career coaching, including coverage of training costs

  • Experience with robotics technologies and their integration into research initiatives
  • Optional: expertise in medical processes such as genetics or blood analysis
  • Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field
