Senior Consultant – IT Governance / IT Security / Operational Resilience (m/f/d)

Our Automation & Artificial Intelligence team supports leading organisations in navigating complex transformation programmes. We are currently seeking motivated consultants with a strong background in IT governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience or risk management.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise across these domains, combined with a solid understanding of and practical experience in applying artificial intelligence within a professional environment. You will play a key role in designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and risk management systems, supporting clients in strengthening resilience and establishing robust, future-ready operating models.

• Design and implement strategies and governance frameworks across IT governance, information security and operational resilience
• Advise clients on industry best practices
• Conduct risk analyses and assessments
• Collaborate closely with technical teams
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the practice area
• Deliver training sessions and workshops

• Degree in a business, legal or technical discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in management consulting or in an in-house role with a focus on governance-related topics
• Proven track record in designing and implementing governance frameworks, ideally within risk management and IT (e.g. MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Strong technical understanding of, or affinity for, IT-related topics and challenges
• Professional and confident presence
• Willingness to travel
