Senior Manager – AI Governance / Information Security Management / Operational Resilience (m/f/d)

Our Tech Risk team partners with leading organisations on complex engagements across AI governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience and risk management.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking experienced consultants with strong subject-matter expertise and a proven consulting track record to deliver high-impact projects for our clients and contribute to the development of our team.

As part of our project teams, you will take ownership of the successful delivery and management of engagements while playing an active role in shaping and expanding our business. • Lead the delivery of complex projects for corporate and public sector clients, ensuring high quality, strong ownership and a clear focus on client value
• Drive project management and delivery across the core topics of the role
• Continuously develop your skills and expertise in a structured manner, supported by an individual development plan
• As a Senior Manager, shape your business case, contribute to sustainable utilisation and take ownership of developing and expanding client relationships

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
• Several years of consulting experience with a focus on IT-related governance or risk management topics (e.g. MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Solid expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience or risk management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems
• An established professional network with potential for business development
• University degree in a business, legal or technical discipline
• Willingness to travel in line with project requirements
• Excellent German and English language skills
